What to Expect:

Resilient Strength Training Classes are custom fit to each group of ladies I'm serving. I keep the specific injuries and limitations of all participants in mind when building the workouts.

Flourish Resilient Classes are available:

Tuesdays @ 7:30 am / 9:00 am / 6:30 pm

Wednesdays @ 7:00 am

Thursdays @ 9 am

Fridays @ 8 am

These fun and dynamic classes encompass one hour of total body functional fitness. A circuit workout including weight lifting, resistance bands, BOSU, TRX, core work and all  the right kinds of cardio. 

Modifications and progressions are provided for each exercise  making it easy for everyone to go at their own pace without pressure or comparison. 

Resilient spots are limited. This allows me to focus on coaching proper form and giving quality workouts. 

Resilient Strength Training offers so much fun and community amongst the women who attend. If your struggling to find joy in fitness Resilient is a Beautiful place to start.
